Crisis and Support Services

If you are feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, or in immediate distress, it’s important to reach out to trained professionals who can provide support. You do not have to face a crisis alone.

Please contact one of the services below, or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department if you feel at risk of harming yourself or others.

If you are able, you can also contact your GP or local mental health services for ongoing support, such as the crisis team in your area.
